Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Promotion Overview

The "Sisters Getaway Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Cuvée Oregon LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 155 Lundgren Mill Drive, Sisters, Oregon 97759. The Promotion is hosted on Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants agree to release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor or any participating partner businesses are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Age Verification: Because this Promotion includes an alcoholic beverage experience as part of the prize package, winners must be able to verify they are 21 years of age or older prior to claiming any component of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification confirming age before releasing the prize. Any winner who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The guest accompanying the winner for the Cuvée wine tasting + food pairing must also be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present valid identification upon arrival at Cuvée Oregon.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins upon posting and ends at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on June 5, 2025. Entries submitted after the closing deadline will not be considered. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period with reasonable notice posted to @cuveeoregon.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. During the Promotion Period, participants may enter using any one of the following methods:

Method 1 — Instagram (Social Entry):

Complete all of the following on Instagram:

  • Like the official giveaway post on the @cuveeoregon Instagram account

  • Repost the official giveaway reel to your Instagram story or feed

  • Follow all participating business accounts listed in the giveaway post

  • Tag one (1) friend you'd like to bring along in the comments of the giveaway post

Method 2 — Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Instagram Required):

To enter without using Instagram or completing any social media actions, send an email to hello@cuveeoregon.com with the subject line "Sisters Getaway Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and a valid email address. One (1) entry will be awarded per qualifying email received during the Promotion Period. No purchase or social media account is required to use this method. Both methods of entry receive equal consideration in the drawing.

Bonus Entry:

Participants who enter via Instagram may earn one (1) additional entry by subscribing to the Cuvée Oregon email newsletter via the link in the @cuveeoregon bio. Bonus entry is subject to verification and is not available through the alternative method of entry.

Limit: one (1) standard entry per method, per person, and one (1) bonus entry total. Multiple tags in a single comment count as one entry. Entries made by automated means, scripts, or bots are void.

5. Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive the following package (approximate retail value: $1,000+):

  • Two (2)-night stay at The Stranger Lodge, Sisters, Oregon (subject to availability; weekday stays only, Monday through Friday; winner may extend stay directly with The Stranger Lodge at their own expense)

  • $75 gift card to Sisters Smokehouse

  • Private wine tasting and food pairings for two (2) at Cuvée Oregon

  • $50 gift card and branded swag from Sisters Coffee

  • One (1)-year subscription to Bend Magazine, plus the most recent issues waiting in your room

  • $180 gift basket from Staghorn Mercantile

  • $25 gift card to Paulina Springs Books

  • One (1)-month gym membership and one (1) complimentary shirt from The Gym Sisters

No cash equivalent or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any component becomes unavailable. Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not explicitly listed above, including but not limited to transportation to and from Sisters, Oregon.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around June 6, 2025. The random drawing will include all qualifying entries received via both the Instagram method and the alternative method of entry. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message (for social entries) or email (for alternative method entries) within 48 hours of selection. Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will coordinate travel dates with the winner for stays beginning in August 2025 or later, subject to availability.

7. Conditions of Participation

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion

  • Grant Sponsor permission to use their name, username, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law

  • Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines (for social entrants)

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its participating partner businesses are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; typographical errors; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any partner business with respect to their component of the prize package.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for purposes of administering the Promotion and, if the participant opts in via the bonus entry or newsletter subscription, sending Cuvée Oregon marketing communications. 10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating via Instagram, each entrant acknowledges that they have completely released Instagram and Meta from any and all liability.
