On Thursday, October 8, Alexiss King is behind our bar from 4 to 8 pm, mixing four cocktails made with Broken Top Whiskey and Wild Roots Spirits. Alexiss is the Central Oregon sales rep for Wild Roots and Broken Top. Her love of spirits started in 2018 behind the bar at Ironside Fish & Oyster in San Diego, working next to some of the city's best bartenders. Years of bartending, a home bar, and a lot of experimenting later, she's bringing her skills to Cuvée.
