Ricochet Takeover

He was teaching high school english when wine called him back.

Erich Berg started Ricochet in 2018 with two tons of pinot noir and grüner veltliner, made for friends and family via passion. Some restaurant folks encouraged an official label, and now Ricochet is 3,000 cases of low-intervention wine out of McMinnville...plus a warehouse he turned into a working winery with eight other small producers under the same roof.

Five percent of sales goes to local nonprofits helping neighbors bounce back (hence the name!).

He's pouring at cuvée on Wednesday, September 2nd from 4–7pm. Come chat with the winemaker, grab pours by the glass, and $15 bumps of imperial osetra caviar (because why not on a Wednesday???).
