About the event
Vermouth is a fortified wine, infused with herbs and spices, and way more interesting than the bottle that’s been living in the back of your cabinet.
On Sunday, October 25, Derrick is leading an introduction to vermouth, with guest Tim Rippa of PDX Wine. We’ll cover what vermouth is, how the styles differ, and why it deserves better than a supporting role in your occasional dirty martini. Then we’ll taste our way through vermouths from around the world, side by side. No vermouth experience or knowledge required.
